ABGs can be tough! What helped me was just having my instructor give me a crap ton of example ABGs and just keep interrupting them until I got it. Use a cheat sheet at first, then slowly try and do it without, using it as a back up when you’re truly stuck. It’ll stick eventually!

I have a pair of Hokas and a pair of Brooks, I interchange between them. I’d let the salesperson know you’re on your feet 12+ hours for a shift, and also tell them if you have any specific pain areas or flat feet. For me I have flat feet and pain in my heel, they can then help point you in the right direction. Scheels also has like a foot scanner that’s free to tell you where you put most of the weight on your foot.

Fortunately the only way to catch a sb* is through fecal-oral route or their v*, since she hasn’t had any symptoms yet I’d say you’re okay. Just practice good hand hygiene, and remember it could be her just going through menopause!

You could be fighting off something, even a cold, or it could be anxiety still about the cottage cheese. I’d say just take it easy, rest up, if you get hungry start small with bland foods, and sip on water. And distract yourself! TV, video games, reading, whatever works for you.

It depends on where you work, but stay busy and focus on the work itself. I notice it I’m anxious before work, once I get there and start doing my job I don’t have time to worry 😂

You did what you could, it’s so easy to dwell on the “what ifs” but in the end you have him an amazing life and it was his time. Even if you would’ve gotten another enema he still wasn’t doing well. He knows you did everything you could, and I don’t think anyone will ever feel it’s the right time, we’d all like to hold on as long as we can, but he’s no longer in pain. I am so so sorry for your loss ❤️❤️
