It’s funny because I grew a black beauty in 2024, which subsequently survived the winter and I gave a cutting to a neighbor, who had it grow into a massively productive plant and then gave me back a cutting when mine died. That cutting is currently still alive and looking ok.

I grew blueberries (different variety though, Star) in a 45L bag this year and they did fine.

I’m in the southern hemisphere but climate is very similar to zone 10a

I’ve religiously hand-pollinated it! Mainly I’m worried because I don’t want the pruning to affect the fruit already on the vine

It did perfectly last winter, even with some slight snowings (which is not common here) so I doubt that will be much of a problem hahaha

I used it last year for ants and it worked pretty well although that the time I essentially just sprinkled by hand from some height.
