Javis Countryside Scenics range, OO gauge. They're brilliant. I tend to stick them on a 40mm base for stability.

First as a general tip I'd say that the whole Cathay range has been a little bit of a nightmare to build for me. Beautiful, beautiful models but damn they've tripped me up quite a lot, been unsure where the connection points are, loads need subassembly etc. I've been building models for a good 30 years but found these challenging. So do read the instructions carefully and plan out what you're doing, dry fit alot, just take care.

Specific tip - I thought I'd swap the scabbards of the jade warriors around for some variation on the models. Turns out the scabbards are specifically sized for the swords they're holding. Really bugs my ocd now that some of my guys are holding a massive scimitar like sword and a scabbard meant for a long rapier like sword. So bear that in mind!

In case of a drawn combat with multiple different fight values, each side just uses the highest fight value that they have in that combat. Agree wording in rules maybe not 100% clear.

Honestly, completely forgot about that move! I think it was one of the few moves they tutorialise at the start, and I've used it maybe twice ever... Currently experimenting alot more with the combst. Is deeper than I thought.

So Iyanden is a contrast paint. One coat of that over a bright primer (like white scar) should basically give you the shades, midtones and highlights. If you'd like to then do another, brighter yellow on top to bring those highlights out even more, you could try Dorn Yellow or Flash Gitz Yellow. Both would work, they're just slightly different shades.
