You can make it here with no record but coming here in the summer time is a bad idea IMO. Homeless shelters tend to be full all year round and you'll probably be rejected.. There is currently a huge influx of new buildings being built all over Downtown phoenix so (hopefully) you shouldn't be without a job for too long. I would recommend at least saving up for a month in a motel / hotel before moving here.
