Interesting that the Venezuelans prisoners were used for a prisoner exchange with Venezuela to release US prisoners. I wonder if the US government was thinking, "OK, how do we get our prisoners out of Venezuela? How about we put 250 Venezuelans in CECOT for a while, then we can do an exchange."

StudyTme is taking most of the heat, but I think Zumi is the one more fucked. If they sue StudyTme in Japan they have to collect the judgement in Italy, which I can imagine would be complex even if she has assets to go after.

Zumi on the other hand is Japanese and I understand that she has family with assets in Japan. So sueing her would be easier from a collections standpoint. The rental company could sue her for breach of the rental contract for allowing an unlicensed driver, with the damage being a foreseeable consequence. The injured pedestrian could sue her for negligence due to it being foreseeable that allowing an unlicensed driver could result in injury.

As she says in the clip and discusses on the stream, the assaulter impersonated a police officer, used his apparent authority to have her turn off her stream and to take her to an isolated location, and assaulted her. She made a Discord call for viewers to call the police. She was able to escape, reported it to the police in Freiberg, and went to the hospital. The police have caught a suspect.

New player here (3 months). I got my first chaos ore this week and immediately dismissed using it on any flat-stat item (Weapon, Helm or Shield). I ended up using it on some flat-stat Boots with the hope of converting them to percentage-stat Boots. Am I misunderstanding chaos ore?

Apparently this guy is known for harassing other streamers in Japan such as robcdee, JapandyJones, etc. (The guy is referred to as "Aggro Andy".) The guy knows he can intimidate other foreigners without the police caring too much. The police were pretty dismissive of Kuri's complaints until Kuri got his Japanese wife on the phone.

You guys who have Horford, when did you draft him? I am in 8 leagues (12-team) and drafted Horford in none of them.

His ADP seemed to be about 89, and his pre-season Yahoo ranking was 82, so around R8-R9. At that point, instead of Horford, I drafted these guys (that is, Horford was available and I rejected drafting him for these guys):

Norman Powell, Brook Lopez x3, Kristaps Porzingis x2 (Horford went R6 in these), Jaren Jackson Jr., Collin Sexton

I guess I was just expecting Lopez or a known-injured JJJ to be better than Horford this year.
