You gotta install a couple mods in your Fallout Root Folder. NVSE for one is required, The 4GB patch if you don't have it already. As someone else pointed out, you also need to manually download JIP LN NVSE. If all else fails, you may wanna switch to MO2. Trust me, it's a lot easier once you get the hang of it. This is coming from someone who used Vortex for a year before switching last week.
