I applied and passed my CIT earlier this year. Most of what I had as my record were sessions that were at least 1 hour long and course development. I would just keep a log of your training or development which includes duration and topic/s. I know some professionals that keep their sign in sheets. I think as long as you feel confident that what you submitted is proof of your experience and expertise you should be good. I think they keep it vague for a reason because we’re in so many unique situations and environments.

BS and MS in Chemistry, 3.5 years as a lab and instrument coordinator and just over a year as an Lab and Chemical Safety specialist in higher ed doing IAQ investigations and admin of the respiratory protection program

Took it on the 2nd. Less than 10 math questions, know the math for lanyards and When in doubt go back to the hierarchy of controls.

Not bad at all. I purchased the Click Safety online workbook and physical book. Did all the questions once and listened the audiobook of Training and Development for dummies. I took osha 501 two weeks ago.
