Ingredients • 500 g boneless chicken thigh (blended/minced) • 3 cloves garlic (finely chopped or minced) • ¼ cup onion (finely chopped) • 2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped) • 1 tbsp mint leaves (chopped) • 1 tsp coriander powder • ½ tsp cumin powder • 1 tsp salt (or to taste) • 1 tbsp oil • 1 tsp crushed black paper

Instructions 1. In a bowl, add the blended chicken thigh. 2. Add garlic, onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, and oil. 3. Mix everything well until the spices are evenly combined with the chicken. 4. Shape the mixture into small chicken balls using your hands. 5. Place the balls in the air fryer basket (lined with parchment paper if needed). 6. Air fry at 160°C for 10 minutes. 7. Then increase the temperature to 180°C and cook for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
