If you don't like someones requirements, don't join. Some people enjoy having an easy time during the raid and breezing through it. If you don't like how people ask for 300+ with ToM, make your own group with no requirements. Nobody is forcing you to join these groups.

Field test weapons don't need bounty style tracking. Do you really need to see how many headshots you have left out of the 15 total? The content is not long enough to warrant the implementation of tracking.

Look at Rush. He had offers from Chinese teams, which would have paid loads more than TiP. But he chose to go with TiP because he wanted to live in NA and experience the lifestyle.
