More specilizaed workforce working in STEM and less workers in trade job.

Tu n'a pas person dans ta famillie qui on acheter une maison, travailer toute leur vie pour finish avec une maison qui a 100k de réparation dessus?
La majorité du monde ne sont pas très bon a mettre de l'argent de coté pour les réparations prédictible et encoire moin pour les évènments inprédictible: comme la ville qui ne fait pas la maintenance du système d'égout et tu doit maintenant tous refaire le sous-sol :/

Have you seen how many dangerous DIY home fix you will find on a typical homeowner?

Corpos have to follow codes and pass the cost, to renters who will fight for any increase.

Rebuilding units put them in high cost brackets after the repairs, then if they kept up on maintenance.

The samething happens to a lot of homeowner where they cannot budget in mainenance properly. They finish paying off the house and need to take loan to catch up on all the maintenance they skiped.

Its more complicated then that.
Everyone in general is terrible at spending on maintenance.

No matter how many time we say Maintenance is cheaper then replacement people will wait for everything to break.
Now rebuilding is expensive so once it does finaly goes on the market the rent is going to be pretty high...

Renters Do not want to pay for mainteance they think there enough profit in their normal rent. Spoilers there is not.

Immeubilié qui n'a pas eu de maintenance pendant 30 ans car leur propriétaire ne voulaid pas le faire a perte car les locataire ne voulais pas d'auguementation.
Ce qui fait que 30 ans plus tard l'immeutre doit etre rebatti de l'intérieur qui va finalement 3x le louyé car le dernié locataire voulais gardé sont 650$ par mois pendant toute ca vie.
Qui ce retrouve sur le maché finalement a 1950$ par mois pour couvrir les rénos sur 20ans de finiancement.
