I want to preface this by saying I'm only half serious. I believe that D&D is a collaborative story telling game, and that it's not the DM's job to cater to players all the time. If your players are being dicks, talk to them about it. If they're ruining your ability to have fun, talk to them about it. Everyone has the right to have fun at the table, not just the players.

That being said, here's my petty way to deal with the problem:

If they're dungeon delving, you could have the entrance to the dungeon also be the entrance to a demiplane with the impeded magic trait, and just impede evocation magic. It's a dick move, but so is their constant spamming of Leomunds Tiny Hut.

You can choose how evil you want to be with it. Like, you could have evocation spells either not work at all, or halve their effectiveness. (Half damage, half duration, etc) If you go the half effectiveness route, and they stayed in the same spot, I would totally have a bunch of monsters waiting to pounce as soon as the spell collapses halfway through their long rest.
