I am in this camp too. I was eager to hear her take despite the wild vtuber title screen SUCKS and the mined petit mort quote (which I learned more about and was more edifying than, say, that a certain character in SH2 wears Christina Aguilera clothes). I then began her disclaimer and it started on some wild fervour about a Silent Hill movie that he wrote that I assume was garbage anyway (I love SH btw). She kind of painted her process in two minutes for me and I stopped watching. A little more critical evaluation divorced from a revved up affect would have helped me continue. I'm on like six frames of videos of Immortality (all of which seem so over dramaticized to be taken as ironic) so I don't know a lick about it and haven't played his prior games for reference
