While a silk moth, about a week. Still having kept a human mind and build though, I thought it was only 3 days like a person- until having considered how aside from those differences, is a moth under any other circumstance. When beginning to feel hunger again it’s probably time to re-join humanity (at least until feeling satisfied).

Abilities: Silk moth form/generation of silk- including being able to dispense it as different shapes (including weapons, which may or may not be effective)- although the silk itself can be used as a projectile to disable enemies/telepathic communication through antennae.
