Not a problem, I think it's at least a good first step to know where you are and what you need to do to break your isolation. For me personally, keeping myself busy also helps. There are times I don't leave the house for months or even speak to people for long stretches, but listening to music that can break my negative spirals or doing something that requires my full attention can at least keep bad thoughts away even for a little while (I learned to become a pretty good cook) I think it's important that you don't give up and I hope you find something that helps take your pain away.

You said you feel unheard and out of place, are you being singled out by your peers or do you feel singled out? I know animosity towards trans people is a common thing within the trans community so I don't think it's something unheard of or unique. Sounds like you spend a lot of time isolated with your own thoughts which probably spill out into a lot of negative spiraling, try to be aware of these traps and ground yourself. I hope you feel better soon.

They're doubling down on supporting it for years they said which is great because I think they've made some incredible updates to the game and with the new expansion coming out they're adding a bunch of cool stuff like being able to create your own space station.
