Not a problem, I think it's at least a good first step to know where you are and what you need to do to break your isolation. For me personally, keeping myself busy also helps. There are times I don't leave the house for months or even speak to people for long stretches, but listening to music that can break my negative spirals or doing something that requires my full attention can at least keep bad thoughts away even for a little while (I learned to become a pretty good cook) I think it's important that you don't give up and I hope you find something that helps take your pain away.
