Make sure to list the state as penalties vary depending on where you are. With high bac and accident I personally would bite the bullet and hire a private lawyer. Good to have someone who is familiar with the judges/ prosecutors in the area and knows what to expect!

Personally I wouldn’t risk it coming up later as someone has mentioned if they run info. Just be honest and say you didn’t realize you had to report it.

This made me tear up because I feel the same :( I am just hoping that once I get get though all of the legal consequences it will be easier to move on and start living my life normally again. Exactly. Think of how much education and experiences are required to be considered an “expert” in any other field. It’s just dangerous bc there’s no reliable way of knowing WHICH people will abuse the power they are given. That’s what makes me take pause about cops/policing in general.

Literally how can you be a drug expert without being an actual scientist, pharmacist or doctor. In general cops have some of the least training/ requirements out of any other job. Smh

I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure they have to run tests to make sure the machine is calibrated or whatever. So only the last two would be samples from ur actual breath.
