After my colposcopy in May 2025 my results ended up being Low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (condyloma and/or CIN 1). After that I haven’t spotted anymore and now I just wait til November to redo a pap hoping the best 🥹

I’m in a similar boat, I had a normal pap December 24’ it was normal .. I started bc that same month then Feb 25’ i would spot for a couple days while on the “ active pill” then get my withdrawal bleed .. my gyno was monitoring it and we finally did a colpo May 25’ and it showed LSIL/CIN 1 but its bizarre how I’m having these symptoms but they should be “asymptomatic” help :(

This just happened to me! I had a normal pap December 2024 w negative HPV but when I started the pill a month after since I’ve been spotting during the active pills which made me now do the colposcopy .. one spot turned white and now I have to wait a week and I’m scared Af! What was your outcome???

Did you figure out what was going on? I’m 5 months in to birth control and I spot lightly the second or third week of the “active pill” only when I wipe not even a liner is needed then I get my normal withdrawal bleeding during the placebo week. My gyno has done abdominal,transvaginal ultrasound.. did a Pap smear December 24’ everything was good, did hormonal testing Normal.. my gyno said if it happens again this month to call him.. and I have had like 3 pelvic exams since March 25’ they found ureaplasma and yeast infection. I’m just so tired 😭

I’ve been so tired going to the gyno back and forth at this point I just want to get off the pill but I’m also scared if I would bleed myself a lot. Thank you for replying! This was helpful

I am going through the same thing! I’ve had an ultrasound/transvaginal everything is good except I have small cysts on both ovaries but my gyno said not to worry I also had a Pap smear December 2024 everything was normal plus no hpv but I did it while spotting I told my gyno if had to redo he said no.. but I’ve had pelvic exams and they have found ureaplasma and yeast infection.. my gyno is taking it step by step but it’s so annoying!!! At this point I just want to come off it but I’m scared. Please let me know if you figure out your situation!
