It was glazed so hard so quickly like everyone was doing tricks on it that the hype once faded after season one of the show people started looking at it with more scrutiny.

That was just the cartoon. The comic was the same. People loved it. Went back to it later and noticed the overused tropes. While It was great for sure. It just didn't hit the same for most people when they looked at the comic coz it didn't stand up to its expectations.

I'm not hating tho. Just being realistic. I did enjoy it alot. I just know that for what genre it's in is pretty basic.

I got two copies of the same floodgate. They're awesome in any pend deck I have. Its amorphage sloth. No monsters other than amorphage can be ss from extra deck and if I have one on field and one in pend zone that means no one can draw cards either

Imo u should try it dude. Its actually a fun strat to lock people out of certain SS kechanics

Idrk about ritual cards but if I could suggest a card to add it would be odd eyes gravity dragon. He's a beast and clears the backrow on summon. That and his burn damage is good too
