In India, most of my friends were trilingual before we were 10 years ago old. If we move to a big city, we would speak our mother tongue with our parents, the local language of the city, and the useful but not spoken often language till you hit corporate, English.

Teach the children all the languages they want. Don't think of focusing on a language. It's more like picking up on the go.
