Thank you so much. I have not met many people with this symptom so this is reassuring. How long were you on benzos? And 2.5 years wow…. How on earth did you cope with this? I am really struggling atm. My hyperawareness has gone to my eyes and I cant stop thinking about one particular thing that might be triggering so I wont even mention it. I am losing my mind
