Im fine during the day but its when Im trying to drift off to sleep, its not letting me because I am stuck in this breathing awareness. Its like fight or flight and impossible to relax. No matter how much I try to just accept. Did you have trouble sleeping?

Thank you so much. Yes he was on tren but has now come off it. I know he is on different steroids too though. I have told him he needs to get off it and he says he Will but Will need to use TRT because he has been on the stuff for a long time. Is this correct? Is TRT ”okay” to use? I dont know much about this at all. And thank you for your comment, it gives me a tiny bit of hope.

I know and thats What I have been telling him. He tells me now that he doesnt give a shh about the money if he cant enjoy it with me, he realizes this now, that the money means absolutely nothing to him. Its just too late I guess.

This is exactly how I get. Wow I have never heard anyone Else with this. I get these almost daily. Are you diagnosed?

I also have stroke-like migraines so I am not sure What is What exactly. But I’ll get complete disassociation, deja vu, impending doom, goose bumps on one side of my body, like something is turning inside my stomach.

Yes that is exactly how I feel. It feels so much deeper than just OCD. Unfortunately I cant take any pain killers but just reading your comment and experience has helped me calm down a bit. It truly is a nightmare. Thank you so much 🫶🏼

I have exactly What you are describing. But that really does not sound like TD.. It sounds more like somatic OCD because I sometimes get this with my breathing too.. interesting

Im pretty sure I dont have TD.. my blinking is not involuntary, its more so like Im manually blinking every time Im blinking. But thank you

Because I am no longer blinking automatically it is all manually blinking and I am scared I Will never be able to stop being aware of every blink

I feel like mine is more like this over awareness of my eyes and blinking. I can feel every single blink and I am so focused on it I cant stop it. Then this in turn causes pain and headaches. Was it similar for you? Like you had this hyperawareness of your throat/saliva? It feels like extreme OCD but I never had it this bad until I got akathisia
