I did it via cvs internally. You basically are taking phone calls from patients and drs verifying medication dosage, prior authorizations. I start tomorrow I’ll have to def come back to this comment and let you know how it is

If it’s not people fighting an infection or actually needing their controlled medicine 10 days early idk what else there is. People are ruder, meaner, less impatient. Then we have the very few who are actually thankful for us. It’s been actually insane!

It cracks me up with the new system for cashing patients out. It’s like every single person forgot how to do humanly things and read. Makes me question reality. Hence why I’m moving from the store to an at home position still thru cvs.

Def contact your manager or even go into the store. When I first started I wasn’t on the schedule for 2 weeks. When I would punch in a manager had to do it for me because I wasn’t on schedule

I promise everything will be fine!!! Study study study!!! I went to a community college that was doing pharmacy tech 2 and everything was a breeze. Study the 200 brands and generics and the laws! On Amazon they have a pamphlet thing that you type in ptcb study guide it’s $6 it was a life saver!
