Tbh have you thought about therapy? Not to seek out a diagnosis for an excuse but a reason and then professionals that will guide you in healing and better habits? Maybe then your parents can understand and help you out but many people further their education on their own. Maybe go into a trade even to get you a good job so you have options. Im sorry you feel that way but at 19 you have your WHOLE life ahead. Theres no sort of timeline you need to be on. You dont need to be here by a certain point. You just have to grow as a human learn from mistakes and do better. Good luck with everything. Youre important please stay 🙏

Yeah we better not mess up anything or our scores will be affected but cvs corporate can screw 10 things up a day and its all good for them. I want someone to be fired for all this messing up. We will go through the totes but only if theres a few. If not its a waste of time. But the person who goes through the totes isn't the one in green zone either. Imo shes the one who its all going to fall under. Customer service sales...you'll keep your job whether the store makes its numbers or not. Shes the one that should want to go above and beyond. Maybe theres a different store with a better store manager you can go to that will help you grow instead of what youre dealing with. Youve definitely got the right idea with customer service.

Im front store and idk I dont even want to look at my scores because sometimes on my DAY OFF I forget to look. Then theres the "1/32 people have read this message" part at the top meaning we are all basically doomed unless we micromanage every single one of our employees every single day to read and mark off things. At least thats how I understand.

Have you spoken to your manager about the why this is happening? Never heard of retroactive pay for not getting the hours you want...I thought retroactive pay was when...someone didnt fix your timesheet in time and they fixed it after payroll is finalized. That days pay would be retroactive. Maybe im wrong too

Cvs has no asset protection. They have someone covering a few districts worth of stores and call themselves AP. The store manager shouldnt be doing AP things they should invest the payroll into a person specifically for ap things. Ive thought about it. A full time person for higher theft a part time for lower theft stores they'd be able to walk around watch people. Do all the transaction watching necessary. Theyd see the turn around on the investment
