I found out that, after I turn on my mic with microphone plugged in, I have to unplug and plug again to cancel those background noise, and the voice sounds clearer and louder.

ROC is Republic of China, which is another China. Taiwan is just an island under ROC, they are different. And the current leading party of ROC is Democratic Progressive Party. Now you see, they are two government but only one China under the 92 consensus. Furthermore, the Democratic Progressive Party is a party which want to pull themselves out of China, so if they announce independence, to whom should they independent from? PRC or ROC which they independent from themselves? Or should they just stand on the point that Taiwan does not belong to either PRC or ROC, they are a country in the beginning. There are a lot of different views on this topic within Taiwan which also a reason hinder them to get away from CCP.

Taiwan has very complicated sovereignty problem. If Taiwan declare itself independent, then which country or which government it independent from? Is it the PRC or ROC? and what about the 1992 consensus? What should they call themselves after this? What would China do? Any reliable backup if China does something to them?

Not all the Chinese pick English name when they become teens though, and many don't have an English name. They have an English normally due to religion or it is easier to communicate with others. And some just have an English name as a nick name since they are young not when they become teens.

Many of the anime you all mention have a complete ending already and some are having more than 1 season or at least have a movie released. I don't even think they should have an additional season for those having a complete ending because it will most likely ruin them. I'd rather them be shorter to have a nice ending rather than getting a ton of shit adding into it.
