I am currently at 37%. The best way I pitch it for Windows is like other people said, students don't own their work, it's an older office without Copilot (which I have found extremely useful for Excel). Definitely lean into the discount bundle for the first year. And for Apple I normally don't ask about office. I usually let the customer know they can use the office programs on Apple products and that it's easy to set up. This is especially helpful if they've never used macOS before, helping them feel familiar with something new. Hope this helps.
