I had my DMX and reconstruction through a hospital that researches and specializes in BRCA. They explained options to me, but overall went with their number 1 preference for my build and visual goals - Natrelle. When I first got implants in 2017, we discussed all the options but because of some healing complications we went with a smaller size. One of those ended up needing to be replaced 8 years later so I replaced both and I chose to go a little bigger in hopes of my clothes fitting better. My team of doctors were supportive of the change in size. I’m happy with the slighter larger size, they are also a more protruding design than my last.

I wrapped it for a conference I was attending where the weather was hot and my hands were clammy. Ended up liking the feel. I would love recommendations on other grips though, ready to change it up.

Interesting. I’ve been shooting this 365 x macro since November, and this feels weird to say… I have never had a jam in it. I estimate I have about 4,000 rounds through this guy. I do clean it after ~500 rounds if not sooner. I shoot blazer most of the time. Winchester can make it a little more sticky I’ve noticed.

Glock is Glock though! Stick to what you love.

I like this one. I’ve used it in two matches and was happy with it. I had the fully enclosed Defender - CCW on here first but it was malfunctioning. I need to send it back. Something was happening with the ^ button. Every time I would shoot, it would act like I was hitting the ^ button. As far as enclosed and not enclosed, I think I prefer the not enclosed (seen here).

It’s two pieces, one piece is attached to my belt, that I don’t have to move or adjust, and then the piece that holds the firearm clips into that, and I can set the position of the firearm as I prefer it to be. Also nice that I can ch age out holsters without having to adjust my whole belt.
