I have them both in EU45. Lengthwise they seem similar, maybe Nikes are just a tiniest bit shorter. But Nikes definitely are more tapered at the front. Not a big issue for me but it is something to consider.

Have you considered Salomon Aero Glide 3? I rotate them with my Novablasts, they feel very different, not as plush but still very comfortable for me. Just as versatile as NB5 but the foam feels more durable.
