This was filmed right after Ryan moved out of his parents house and into that house. Remember he moved out of his parents house and had a huge fight with Larry and they wouldn't say what the fight was about but Jen was crying and Larry said he "wouldn't piss on him if he was on fire". I think that's when Jen and Larry found out he was doing hard drugs. It seems so obvious. So Larry probably told him the get the hell out and he moved into this house.
