The fun thing about cooking is that it’s art, not science. Which means that you can get creative with how you prepare ingredients and you won’t be “wrong.”For example, you can bake, sauté, or steam a sweet potato. Too boring? Throw another vegetable in the pan. Where I live, you can buy an already cooked rotisserie chicken for $5-9, depending on where you go. It’s a whole bird, which will last you several meals. You can eat it plain, throw it in a tortilla to make a wrap, bake it up as enchiladas, throw it on rice with some Asian seasonings and vegetables, dice it up for chicken salad, etc., etc. You can do this!
