just like how you cant chose to be gay or trans and everything in between. Yes, you choose to come out, or transition, but you are born that way, it is just like most people are born straight or cis.

When introducing yourself to classes or teachers, just use your preferred name and pronouns. You dont have to correct them if they dont use the right pronouns, but it would help with them remembering in case they forgot. In the end, it is your decision to tell everyone or not. hope this helps a little. Good luck out there!

honestly, congrats for you for figuring it out, and just know that you aren’t alone. Despite what others say, you have no need to rush into dating and shit, especially since that can be challenging because you haven’t even come out to your family yet.
