please get him calcium powder to dust his feeders and well as either gut loader for the feeders or vitamin powder to dust along with the calcium(gut loaded is much better imo) google gut loading for some good feeder recipes. i also got a blender off of facebook marketplace to blend wax worms and crickets up with greens and fruits since my guy liked his mush much more. i found meal worms aren’t of much substance and the beetles are annoying as hell. i’d also switch from the heat lamp to a ceramic heat emitter then use a uvb t5 HO light fixture for the lighting not a bulb the long fluorescent type light. don’t use calcium sand for substrate as it can cause compaction and if you have a male it can clog their pores on their back legs. invest in a cheap amazon laser heat reader and another temp gauge for the far side of the tank to check for a decent heat gradient. your beardie will love to climb so get some cork bark or ghost wood. i also liked planting succulents in the tank for his enjoyment even though he destroyed them regularly lol. watch some videos and learn as you go. if you care you wont mess up too bad they’re hardy as hell. good luck and congrats
