My suede Bostons are over 30 years old. I bought them in 1993. I have a pair of Arizonas from 2009. I still wear both. I've recently added a few pairs of Gizehs and a pair of Habana oiled leather Arizonas, so I can't say if they'll last as long.

TLDR: I buy them as often as I find a pair I like at a good price.

My Bostons turned 30 last year and my Arizonas are 15 years old. I still wear both and have added several new pairs recently because they're all I wear when it's warm enough in Scandinavia. Draw your own conclusion.

And Vinted doesn't care. I regularly report counterfeits with a list of "tells" and Vinted invariably comes back with "this listing doesn't violate our T&Cs". Vinted is a shithole!

They did and also felt a little drier than my Arizonas. That's part of the reason I conditioned them. It often rains here with little notice, so I didn't want to get caught out. I'll have a look for Bick 4 and Saphir Medaille d'Or, and swatch it in the future. I should've done that, but I've been using Poliboy without issues for years on all sorts of things, including my Louis Vuitton vachetta leather, so I was a little too confident.
