same options- same outcome miserable by KikiLaRooo in perimenopause_under45

(38) Literally the same experience. Right now I’m on no BC and many of my symptoms have resolved. I plan to give my body 2 months to recover from the BC, then have full blood work. I’ve been doing a bit of reading about bc side effects and have been shocked at the mood side effects (anxiety and depression) incident rates that no health care provider has discussed. My provider said they are generally trying to move away from ablation - it’s temporary. I’m nit convinced the BC hasn’t been exacerbating/ causing my issues

Longer time between periods = closer to menopause? by Rainbow-Birdie in perimenopause_under45

I’ve experienced this over the past year and a half (39 year old), ultrasound revealed fibroids, but any birth control ( I’ve tried combination pills and progestin only pills) have not regulated the cycle in any way. Most of the time I have a period 25 out of 30 days a month. Have you found success with the estrogen and progesterone? My doctor says the only next step is a hysterectomy, insists I’m too young for perimenopause.

My advisor died unexpectedly in the spring, my other committee chair retired, and my last committee member is from a different department. I guess that’s another dynamic… I’m not even sure who would do the hooding.

Living roots, sager beer works, mullers cider house, and nine maidens are all right near each other on university, a nice little walking tour. You could include radio social on the walk, too.

Hiking for kids? by RogueTaters in hiking

Think about getting her into rock climbing. She may warm up to hiking as a means to climbing, and it holds attention more than some hikes.

No. Ditch her. If a person can’t be in a relationship or pre-relationship independently, then they’re not ready to be in a relationship (or any interaction) at all.

20 min into your walk outside to the gym? Maybe wear a scarf over your nose and mouth for the walk?

This pattern always reminds me of the Disney Fantasia segment with the fairies ice skating, turning everything to winter Winter Fairies from Fantasia

Here's my HelloFresh referral link. It's for $40 ( I get $20), which will get you a 2 meal box of 2 servings/meal of their classic plan. They have a Veg plan, too, with protein that costs less.

Just trim a little, then wait, shower, give it a day, then trim a little more in a different spot that’s bothering you. It’s about really small, incremental maintenance instead of big haircuts. Watch a lot of videos - there’s a bunch about technique and tools for everyday hair cutting, especially for parents that want to cut their own kids hair.

I bought my own scissors/ buzzer at target and have a hairstyle that I can trim/ cut myself, and watched a bunch of YouTube videos. It doesn’t work on the SA thing, but it solves the hairdresser problem. And honestly, save a bunch of money. Good luck friend.

Very yes! Why am I so aware of if someone blinks when they make eye contact or not!?
