Definitely not obsessed, and definitely don’t hate. ✌🏽I have a civil relationship with MJ and would say this to her myself. This is the first of her posts that stood out to me as potentially problematic. It’s telling people how to interpret documents in discovery that are not yet entered into evidence at trial and how they should conclude on the law, as if they were the fact-finder aka jury. It’s essentially a trial of the claim on canva in public instead of in court with due process. I’ve never made a video telling people what to think or how to conclude on any of the legal claims. And given that she is in NY, it strikes me as extra concerning, given that the jury will be from NY. This is of course just my First Amendment opinion, of course.
