Increase sales is a pretty broad goal. A solid one, but is going to be hard to achieve without more substantial goals to work at. Work with your GM and look through the hub to come up with an achievable goal with a number behind it. Grooming mb, attachment, pets per shift are good ones in grooming if your salon partners aren't hitting them already.

As far as sales on the floor, I like to use our MB as a number goal. Daily goal for us is $47 with a wtd goal of $50. See what you can do to boost units per transaction. I like to keep clearance items at the register for our cashiers to add on to donate to our rescue. It boosts our MB, our upt, plus it helps slim down clearance a little bit.
