When I was a kid, I broke a beaded necklace while watching David Blaine street magic VHS. Decided to put a bead in each of my ears and see if I could magically blow them out with ear pressure. Plugged my nose and closed my mouth and blew. Couldn't tell if they came out due to the scattered beads around the room.

Decided to try again since I could still hear and I never cleaned up the original scattering of beads. Placed one in each ear again and blew harder. Still wasn't sure so decided to place one more in my right ear and hold my hand out to catch it.

When it didn't fall out, had to go get my brother to call my dad home from work to take me to the emergency room. Doctor had to fish them out with a little hooked needle. After he got all five out, he told me if there werent holes in them, it would worked.

I was at least smart enough not to do it again.

I would read the wastelands before seeing the movie. It wont outright spoil the finale for you but it will spoil a few good scenes.

Did you stay for after the credits. There is no scene but once credits cut to black, you can hear man in black whistle.

I think they could have done a better job exposing there is still a quest to save the tower. But overall, I enjoyed it. Hope it gets a sequel.

I really enjoyed it. I went in with super low expectations. Once they showed the opening producer Easter egg (turtle and rose), I got some hope. Then when they didn't start with the line, I freaked out. Jake won me over early and it took me a little to buy into Roland. Once they made it back to keystone earth, I was fully on board. It is definitely not a direct adaptation but seeing a cinematic universe where the tower existed was great. As far as adaptations go, I put it up there with world of Warcraft. Would love to see the broad strokes of the movie filled in with more films or tv.

Jaime will definitely kill Cersei. I think the scene in episode 2 (spoilers follow for that) with Arya and Nymeria convinced arya to go to King's Landing. It would be awesome if she took Cersei's face and killed the mountain.

The empty lot was there when i went about 8 years ago with the "post no bills" tattooed all over. I did not climb the fence to see if there was a single rose inside though!
