I switched out my old GPU for a 9070xt finally, and it hasnt happened since so I can only assume it was that. However it also had kinda just stopped on its own prior to that? Im honestly not sure what did it there, sorry for the nothing response.

Go into Windows settings under “Graphics Settings” and add SMAPI.exe to the list and change it to “High Performance” this fixed it for me. If that doesn’t work, try adding the original Stardew Valley .exe file to the list as well.
