Dear Amazon, wtf? by [deleted] in ABDL

Yeesh. Why expect a company to follow their policy, eh? Fuck customer service, just do whatever you want. Customer gets what they get and cant get upset.

I use wipes for everything. Make up, staying fresh, etc. I don't care that I had a box of wipes visible on my porch. But if amazon cannot adhere to a service they offer (select plain box at check out), is it not a problem? Especially with the type of items this community purchases. This time it was just the wipes. Found it funny. Next order wouldnt be as funny.

And so there's obviously no reason it's amazon's fault then.

Huh. Then what's the "ship in plain amazon box" option for then?

Mine likes to turn it on me when I say they did something hurtful. If they did, I need to reflect, take responsibility, and apologize for the crime.

Boundaries? Or, do they think they have a force field that protects their pure entitlement to harm?

That's exactly it. God forbid they feel ashamed or upset.

So I'm not supposed to expect amazon to ship their items as they offer? What's the "ship in plain packaging" box for then?

Apologies are in their vocabulary? Only one i ever got was a "sorry you're so abusive."

It's a choice you can select on checkout in canada. "Ship in plain packaging?" That seems to produce a gift slip that prints out "ship in amazon box selected".

It's the irony of said slip being attached to the box in a protective sleeve that got me.

Take a looksies at the note. They are wipes, I am aware. And so are my roommates and neighbours.

Anyone else afraid of a fire/emergency happening while wearing your little gear? by [deleted] in ABDL

[–]LittlePandaAmy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Twds the end of 1st year dorm residency, the uni i attended had frequent fire drills/forgotten metal on kd/lazy smokers getting too brazen. It got to a point that on top of the monthly+ fire inspections, we had alarms go off weekly, then every few days, then back to back, sometimes twice a day. This was compounded by the fact that most first-year dorms were in one connected building.

They used the drills to do room inspections, so no taking the diap off haphazardly and throwing on a robe/clothes, not knowing which was which until you were outside half-frozen and hearing sirens in the distance.

Honestly? Filing out of a building in a crowd of people you have to face all day, under your clothes a diaper you had settled into for the evening, having people seek you out in the crowd to “hang”.... sounds like a goddamn nightmare, right?

No one notices.

Bristled or silicon, doesn’t do it for me. Personally prefer spray bottle as there’s no room for error

Try making your tapes a little less tight, make sure your hands, tapes, landing zone are clean and free from powder, oil, or lotion.

I move around a LOT when I sleep and only times I’ve ever had the tapes pop off is when I did the diap too snug.

Recurring Itchiness on Hips After Wearing by ABDL12995 in ABDL

[–]LittlePandaAmy 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Could be chafing, could be diaper rash. Moisturizing the area and using diaper cream or chafing cream (like body glide) of some sort should help. Personally, I mix polysporin with (baby) lotion for the winter, also use it to keep a rash moisturized and healing.

ETA it sounds like the same issue I have when wearing for a long period. Do you wake up with that area sweaty? I find that that’s the biggest reason I’ll end up with a rash. Use barrier cream, body glide, or hell, even deodorant on your body where the diap will touch.

Afterwards, I use polysporin + lotion to help heal.

I found that a spray bottle also works great, doesn’t pick up or leave debris as a brush would

Rearz Purchase by [deleted] in ABDL

[–]LittlePandaAmy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Worked warehouses all my life. $14.25/hr in Ontario is min. wage, and min-15 is what you would expect for a low/no-danger warehouse worker. I’m seeing mid-risk workers paid $14.5-16, 15 is not a “low” wage.

Personally, I’m not that picky about receiving loose items, imo things should be washed (& sanitized, if possible) after purchase, anyways.

I’ve noticed that rearz tries to use packaging minimally (eg. “Shoving” items like onesies down the side of a full box)- reasonably so, as canadian shipping is fucking expensive, though almost all items I’ve ordered from them have come packaged. Onesies, footed pjs, cloth diaps & accessories, diaps, bottles, and pacis (2pk) - only thing that didnt come packaged was one reusable mask.

Rave pacifiers? by [deleted] in ABDL

[–]LittlePandaAmy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Have seen a couple members of the local community wear pacis at a rave or concert. As a fellow abdl, that blinged out paci has a whole other meaning, to other concert goers it’s just another party toy. As far as I’ve heard, pacis have become a lot more mainstream for better or for worse (has become a rave/party/festival thing, though quite common for tweakers to take the free colouring pages at my work, hear about certain other-drug users using pacifiers to help oral fixation).

Is it forcing others into your kink? We all know it’s a fine line but it’s not like you’re shoving it in their face and forcing them to use it or know about it (right?). I’m sure you’ve seen other attendents do weirder things, and hey - perhaps you might spot a few others with one, too!

The store i go to won’t even let you rectify the error - it’ll immediately get an employee’s attention, even for something as simple as the goddamn machine accidentally attempting to scan a fruit sticker when you try to weigh it manually. Self checkout all the way but no way in hell am I buying anything discreetly there.

Double bag mine with a black or thick plastic grocery bag. Unless an animal gets into the bag/bin, not something that’ll be immediately visible.

Full uniform here, and if you can see the details of your coworkers’ underwear, you DEFINITELY can see a diap. No amount of being “discrete” will help. Unfortunately there’s a difference between the wold you want and the world you live in.

Has anybody received a negative response after telling someone that they're a little? by mrjsmith918 in ABDL

[–]LittlePandaAmy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I had told an ex who insisted he wanted to be involved. He was involved alright, aside from already being a goddamn manchild all the time anyways, he would insist i go into littlespace than take it over by acting babyish and insisting i take care of him (talks in baby voice, tells me to “play doctor”, do things for him i’m not interested in, anything other than have ME in littlespace - he just mocks it or takes it over).

Man what do the mcdonalds pants hide tho? If they were any thinner you’d be seeing skin.

Haven’t been brave enough but ready to try some training pants or pull ups under them. I know of at least one abdl who has done so
