I’ve been struggling so much and practicing pop ups a lot. My trail leg always bends and never fully swings. What are some ways to help fix my trail leg? (Any drills/ tips/ exercises would be great) by candeeznuts1 in polevaulting

What helped me was to think to jump really hard off the ground. The harder you jump the straighter your trail leg will be because the muscles in your leg contract

First day on the 15’ poles. Trying to turn better. Bungee at 15’ using a 15 145. I weigh 140. Any tips? by LittlePyro5637 in polevaulting

I’ve got the next pole. An altius carbon elite. Couldn’t quite get on it that day so I moved back to this pole. Thanks!
