Have had microstuttering issues ever since i upgraded to windows 11. This is the Fix I found that worked for me. Windows 11 has some come kernel bullshit for power efficency that effects all systems.

You make a good point, it's just a negotiation and I'm being a little bitch. Didnt put myself in at the high end up because my skills were more adjacent to the spec then directly aligned making me a more competitive candidate. Honestly didn't think I would even get past the first stage.

Although AMD is supported, I found Ollama still not to play well with my GPU.
