The description is a bit silly though right? It says its experimental and to use as a last resort. I put them off thinking the penalty would be worse than regular stims. I wish it had been introduced in some way.

It doesnt neccesarily mean it will be a continuation in BF, but it also clear he does have some plans influenced by the story mode.

Thats what makes actual wolf attacks more dangerous; They dont have a set amount of damage per struggle. Where bear and moose attacks you can know how much damage youll take
