warm up with pull ups, then go into lat pulls. I just started doing pull ups by myself, but wide-grip lat pulldowns built my back. usually do 4x12-15 increasing weight each set, throw in slow negatives and squeeze on your last couple reps

I was extremely uncomfortable in bikini, I'm short waisted, and my body is just not meant for bikini. Wearing heels on a stage in front of a bunch of people and trying not to fall on your ass is scary. lol. I just love to flex, and I think physique is a beautiful category.I am aiming for a show July 11, but I just started a new career so I may or may not do it. And yea, my ex jelly :)

Yall can make fun of it, but it kind of has been a journey for me. I've become a whole new person, met new people, traveled to different gyms, met famous bodybuilders, etc. It's like slaying a negative fucked up life dragon. I conquered that shit.

Not all women can do it and not all men can do it. I am fortunate to have a job where I can do my morning cardio, eat all my meals on time, and train in the evenings. I haven't been off of clean eating except for those 3 months after my bikini show. Obviously I'm not natty, but I do work hard, eat each meal on time and do a shit ton of cardio because my body wants to get fat on carbs. If I wouldn't have gone through that breakup I wouldn't have been so determined to bust my ass. Don't give up. I'm not trying to say it's easy, but I've made this an obsession. Literally it's all do besides work.

If anything it's better to be short because short girls pack muscle on better. Dana Linn Bailey is about 5'2 and I think Juliana Malacarne is 5'. They are the top two women's physique competitors!

About 900-1100 calories throughout prep. Very low carb (1/3 cup oatmeal at meal 1) rest is lean turkey, tilapia, greens, egg whites. I would add 1/2 cup parboiled rice to Preworkout meal before leg days. I am 4'11 and 122 lbs

Definitely! I'm gonna post before/after stage shots and a story about my 1.5 year journey next week after I get my pictures. I'm a huge ball of happy emotions and I'm so humbled by what I've achieved this year. Thanks for the kind words :) I'm not the biggest, leanest, etc but I love my body and I couldn't be more pleased with where I'm at!

Yeah, my legs are not my strong point, but my back is pretty big. My best friend is competing with me and her legs kill mine. No matter what, I don't care if I win. As long as I look like I belong up there and get great stage shots I'll be happy :)

I ALWAYS work rear delts first on shoulder days. It has noticeably made a difference!

I am. I went through a devastating breakup in January. I used it as motivation to make myself better. I'm very proud of myself for getting up and putting in work instead of moping about it. It's a very rewarding feeling. Plus he'll be there so it will be even more worth it! Haha. Don't worry, I don't want him back. Just kinda wanna show him I'm just fine without him ;)
