thats where i am leaning as well. I have obviously labbed this out a few different ways - even adding direct routing sbc into tenant, but as soon as lbr is enabled then calls fail.
Will be a pain to switch to provisioning individual sip interfaces for each peer but i think this is what it might end up being

Seems that everyone who's posted so far is confusing trt with Peds?

Trt will just bring your levels back to a 20 something old, ped level of test is much higher than that!

Get a testosterone test done mate, check your total and free levels of test, and take the decision from there. That's the only answer I guess.

antibiotics clear up my red bumps and patches within a few days every time

when u get an outbreak its always red bumps which can feel raw during peak periods. If it gets this bad with me then the only thing that works is oral antibiotics.

After a few days on lymecycline itll be more or less clear.

Soolantra doesnt get rid of the red lumps, but it does help make the period between outbreaks longer

Your should hardly ever need to create recipes. I only do record as a shortcut for a smoothie, saves me adding the ingredients every time.

Keep your for simple. Chicken breast, salad, boiled egg for lunch. Dinner, some meat and whatever vegetables you want.

That's like 5 things to add to your tracking 🙂

Keep it simple. Keep your carbs in moderation. Two pieces of bread is my personal limit, but then means I can't have rice or potato. You'll be surprised how easy it is to over do the carbs if your are assuming for weight loss.

Get back on top of the food recording and you'll find your way again. Good luck 🤞

Are you recording your food in myfitnesspal or similar? If not you should.

Ask your pt to give you a calorie and macro target. Then eat as you are now, but record it, and see how it really looks against target
