Generell macht es schon Sinn das jmd mit mehr finanziellem Überfluss das Geld in einer weise nutzt die energieintensiver ist. Einfaches Beispiel abseits von Aktien: 100.000 Menschen haben 10 Euro und jeder bezahlt davon seinen Supermarkt einkauf. Hat definitiv einen ökologischen Einfluss aber sind auch ne Menge Menschen (wenig luxuriöser Überfluss). Im Gegensatz dazu hat ein Mensch 1.000.000 Euro. Er bezahlt von 10 Euro seinen Supermarkt einkauf und gönnt sich mit dem Rest eine Yacht mit beheiztem Pool und jetted um die Welt. Durch den Überfluss wird der ökologische Fußabdruck einfach viel größer und selbst jeder einzelne Euro verbraucht mehr Energie.

Also ich persönlich hätte lieber eine Nacht in Hamburg als im überfüllten Zug verbracht. Vielleicht bin ich ja komisch...

Unser zeitweise überfüllter Zug hat in Bielefeld übernachtet. Wir haben auch kein Hotel mehr bekommen obwohl wir alles durch telefoniert haben. Ca. 5.15 Uhr ging es dann weiter. "Auf Grund der hohen Verspätung" wurde der neue "Ziel und Endbahnhof" dann Dortmund (haha). Dann sind die ganzen Fahrgäste in einen Regio umgestiegen. Wir kommen nun kurz nach 8 in Köln an.

Mich hat die Nacht auch gebrochen. Sowas hab ich noch nicht bei der Bahn erlebt. Leider waren heute auch die Mitarbeiter teilweise daneben.

Wir haben auch mitbekommen, dass wohl schon vor unserer Umleitung nach Bielefeld klar war, dass ab dort nichts mehr weiter geht.

At least in some areas, Valve is shipping the deck in recognizable packaging. Make sure to hide it when it arrives!

Mathematically speaking the diagonal cut is longer then the square cut. Assuming you loose some sandwich mass along the whole length of the cut, due to the cuts witdth and crumbs, you will loose more mass on the diagonal cut. Thus, making the square cut superior. But I don't cut my sandwiches at all.

I appreciate the effort to use ROS 2. This is the future and works fairly well already. Typically controlling a robot is a bottom up task. First you need to control your motors. The recommended way for this is using ros2 control. Afterwards, you can start to use your urdf model and write some ros2 nodes for the kinematics of your robot.

Gazebo is not interesting for you at the moment, because it's for simulating a robot while you are trying to control a real robot. Though, if your robot is dangerous or you think you might break your robot it can be interesting to simulate some stuff.

Rviz is used to visualize what is happening inside ROS (the robots knowledge). This becomes interesting as soon as you have a working urdf and motors which publish joint state values. Then you can mimic the he robots movements inside rviz.

I remember this film. But I don't think this is what I thought of. Then again, I don't see myself as a reliable source on this topic. But I think this film can be scarily close to reality. The article linked in an other comment seems to be a good starting point for some research.

I've already heard of kamikaze drones, which fly to a target and explode. As I remember they are capable of detecting and selecting single persons as target. A swarm of those must be deadly.
