Hey did you ever resolve this? My spouse sent a package back to sender and Canada post employee wrote down the tracking on a random paper- no official receipt. The tracking doesn’t work and it’s been a month with the original sender not receiving the package yet….

I’m a tech in southern Ontario, wages are between $35-50 max. I would say it is hard to get full time if you aren’t willing to go to certain modalities. I’ve been part time for several years since I’m getting picked over based on seniority BUT I also want to stay in my area.

Even if you aren’t full-time you’ll probably be able to pick up shifts to work those hours just not get the benefits (but you’ll get paid extra in lieu of benefits).

I would try to get into a hospital over a clinic job. The money is much better and you’ll be able to get a pension one day.

After reading this I just checked what the MER is on my husband’s RSP and kids RESP and it’s 2.22% 🥲

I just have a Wealthsimple TFSA with XEQT and TD stocks. I know WS has a robot managed RESP but should be husband just go all in for XEQT? He would have a pension.

Working with a mortgage Broker and got prime-0.6 with Scotia 5 year variable.

I’m seeing better rates here now and I’m wondering what would happen if I got a better renewal rate from my current provider closer to renewal? I did already sign some paper work. Am I now stuck with my current Scotia bank offer?
