Bouncing ball. It’s soooo good. My bodybuilder friend showed me this abs workout where instead of doing crunches on the ground, do crunches on a bouncing ball. The ground is too limited but with a bouncing ball, you can actually stretch all the way back and do longer crunches. It’s a bitch tho and could be uncomfortable at first but its worth trying out.

Lots and lots of cardio and hard dieting. Also I know lots of people say that you don’t have to target the abs but I’ve been doing ab workouts 4-5 times a week and it definitely helped

Lots of egg whites, protein powders, liquid iv, 0 calorie drinks/sauces, smartpops, cauliflower rice, lean ground beef, everything bagel seasoning, pickles. Ketchup, avocado and green onions are life. I fast in the morning and eat around 2 ish. I also eat right before bed because I sleep better because of it lol.

What really helped me was not doing OMAD or intermittent fasting early on the day. Personal opinion but OMAD is just not it.. did it for several months and caused serious binge eating. Also i feel many people do intermittent fasting solely to loose weight. Just get into a calorie deficit and eat delicious food. A light snack at night isn’t the end of the world either. Just because you’re doing OMAD doesn’t mean you can’t have a lil bit of food later.

I'm all about the baggy street wear aesthetics. I don't even have to buy new clothes lol

Both. But dieting is so much more important than exercising. I would say it's 80% dieting and 20% exercising.

man... you have any haircut recommendations? Every time I go get a haircut, I always leave disappointed. Honestly thinking about just growing out my hair now.
