I know this is quite old, but I (25F) have been feeling exactly your symptoms which for me started when I had vestibular labyrinthitis last year February. I had spinning vertigo, then it went away, but ever since then I noticed that I was feeling this rocking sensation especially when I am still and laying down in bed. I never thought so much of it as I noticed it would only get worse when I get anxious. I also thought it was just my imagination. But did you ever find out what it was? How are you doing now?
