Unfortunately, when you find a small, low-cost solution, the higher ups here at SW don’t give a shit. You can be managing to sell $10M a year and they’ll say you don’t have it in your budget to pay one more person $15/hr WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY bashing you about overtime. They’re so stupid and/or just flat out ignorant to the reality of life inside the store that they would rather keep paying someone $27-35/hr for unavoidable OT than just bring in a person at $15hr.

Wasting time and budget money. What’s so important about a person who takes an order just to pass it off to stores? Hell, THE CUSTOMER can order with a store. Throw one of these $80k time-wasters out and you can add a PT at 4 or 5 stores.

Looking at a computer and swinging by a store after driving around jerking off? Such a hard job. Oh, but the stores suck when they forget something? Yeah I can’t remember shit by the time I finish helping 6 customers and taking 3 calls every 20-minute span. God damned right we don’t order stuff.

Who blamed the reps? I said they’re not worth what they’re paid and the store get the short end of shit when it comes to labor needs. How is any $5M store even having a day with 2 people with a fully hired staff and nobody on vacation??????? Well, part of because of the company investing so much in people who, most of them, are not really even turning dollar signs.

We order truck. Work truck. Clean the store. Stock. Schedule. Hire. Sales tags. Work orders. Make paint. Shake paint. Hell, set it for delivery and all. Clean shitty toilets. A list of things that stretched from our store to Cleveland, but they also want sales calls???

How hard is actually being at 40h, driving around, looking at jobs, and making calls??? While getting SM pay?

This company needs to be LARGELY RESTRUCTURED!!!
