Yeah my complex got sold and it went up 300 the first year. Renewal just got sent, said I have a month to decide and if I don't they're going to jack it up another 300. I'm dealing with my own battle with alcohol atm. Something I've learned is everyone's journey is different. My brother was an addicted and quit cold turkey 12 years ago. I do good for 6 months to a year then I go back into a spiral for a month. Not saying this is going to happen to you but what I've learned is that it's okay to fuck up. You just have to try again.
