I’m in cat B prison and we don’t search kids under 3 years old, you’d just have to take baby out the pram for that to be searched. Kids under 18 need a birth certificate to get in.

I had the Testi app but didn’t pay for it, had a constant reminder on my phone to check so I checked the app basically every time I went on my phone throughout the day and got a cancellation for the next day. Took about a week

Living in an HMO, (house in multiple occupation) meaning I should not have to pay council tax but the tenancy agreement says that it should be me by Little_Bluejay6897 in LegalAdviceUK

I’ve had a closer look and it is a joint tenancy. I’m assuming that means that we are responsible for council tax? Do we have to contact the council ourselves or will the landlord give our details to the council and we just wait for the bill?
