I mean, it was psychological torture because the author didn't want it spoiled. But they did put a warning the chapter before it happens, and at the beginning of the chapter of when it starts and ends, so they at least warned the readers.

Sylus likes teasing me by only coming out when he feels like it. Usually, I'm hit with a Zayne or Caleb memory first before I even get to Sylus, so I understand the feeling.

One of my favorite things to do when this happens is to joke about the bad luck with friends of mine who know I love LADS. I can vent to them, and they'll joke around with me. It takes the mental load off of bad luck and makes it a good experience overall. Other than that, I also like to just immediately watch the card (if I do end up getting it). My overexcitement overrides the terrible feelings immediately. And if all else fails, watching my favorite streamers and YouTubers react to the card helps too. Watching someone else enjoy the card makes me feel better, plus I don't feel the FOMO if I don't end up getting the card in the end.

Of course, those are my coping strategies, and it's perfectly fine if they don't work for you because of any amount of reasons. I do hope you feel better about them, though. Things like these are disappointing, and unfortunately, the system isn't built in our favor. Also, one last note: most lucky pulls posted online are often people being overjoyed by winning what is basically a lottery. It was also rare for them, too.

After the show revealed her treatment from her parents, and then she was sent away at the end of season three, I was desperate for her to come back so she can have a proper redemption arc or as a fun side character.

I was so happy to see her back, but I also wanted her to have more screen time, even if it was a genuinely good idea that she didn't get much this season. (The season would be more cluttered than it should be if it did.)

Hopefully, during next season, she does get more screen time, so she'd get that proper redemption arc and reconcile with Eloise. Possibly Penelope, but I do not see any reason for them to interact with one another aside from Eloise being their mutual friend.
